Moterra includes a built-in feedback tool that lets you share feature ideas, report issues, or tell us what’s not working as expected. Your feedback helps us improve the product and prioritize what to build next.

When to Submit a Feature Request

Submit a feature request when you want to:

  • Suggest a new feature or capability

  • Improve an existing feature

  • Share an idea that would make your work easier or more efficient

If something is not working correctly or behaves unexpectedly, use Bug Reports instead.


How to Submit a Feature Request

You can submit a feature request in two ways.

Option 1: From the Chat Interface

Click the Send Feedback button directly in the chat and select Feature Requests.

This option may include the related conversation, which helps provide additional context for your request.

Step 1: Open the feedback tool from the chat
Step 2: Select Feature Requests
Step 3: Submit your feature request

💡 Pro Tip:
You can take a screenshot directly from the feedback widget or attach files to help illustrate your request or issue.


Option 2: From the Feedback Portal

Go to https://feedback.moterra.ai/en and select Share Feedback.

This option is useful if your idea is not related to a specific chat or if you want to browse existing requests before submitting a new one.


Writing a Good Feature Request

Clear and specific requests are easier to review and prioritize. We recommend:

  • Adding a short, descriptive title

  • Explaining the problem you are trying to solve

  • Describing how the feature would help your workflow

  • Including examples or use cases when possible

You can also attach screenshots to better illustrate your idea.


What Information Is Shared

When you submit a feature request, the following information may be shared internally with only the Moterra team:

  • Your feature request

  • Your name

  • The related chat conversation (if submitted from the chat interface)

Please avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information.


After You Submit

After submission:

  • Your feature request becomes visible on the feedback board (only the request and your name)

  • It is reviewed internally by the Moterra team

  • It may be considered during future product planning

Submitting a feature request does not guarantee implementation, but all requests are reviewed.
